I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Texas A&M University. I am enthusiastic about my future in Human Resources and am driven to leverage and broaden my skills and experiences to drive positive change and contribute to organizational excellence.As a Student Coordinator in HR, I have gained valuable skills in organizational and talent development, immigration practices, and insights into classification and compensation. I have engaged in impactful projects, including creating an agency-used alternate work location form with a unique workflow in an ITSM system. Additionally, I work with the wellness committee to organize about 12 events per year for 250+ employees, ensuring a positive workplace culture, handling compliance with employee training, and managing some immigration processes. These experiences have broadened my skills and deepened my passion for making an impact through strategic HR initiatives. My experience in the field and education have prepared me to address complex HR challenges and make a tangible impact.I am eager to bring my willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic organization. I thrive in challenging environments and seek growth opportunities where I can contribute to organizational excellence. My goal is to broaden my HR skills further and contribute meaningfully to an organization’s HR function and strategy.
