Over the past four years, I have worked at the intersection of customer experience, communications, and product experience. Across the multiple roles I have held, one thing that has remained constant is the need to ensure customer satisfaction by creating efficient processes. Currently, I work as a Senior Product Experience Associate where I focus on creating workflows and operational strategies within CX to improve customer satisfaction. My expertise lies in: *Automation: Design workflows for a customer engagement bot to streamline issue resolution and handle customer queries efficiently. *Documentation: Develop comprehensive help articles for the support page to guide customers in resolving common issues independently. *Product Optimisation: Collaborating with engineering, design, and product teams to refine features and improve product performance based on user feedback. *Process Creation & Improvement: Establish clear processes for the Customer Experience (CX) team to manage and resolve issues effectively, ensuring seamless adoption and understanding of new products and features. *Data-Driven Decision-Making: Using data on customer behaviour to inform product decisions.I am passionate about creating strategies & processes that improve customer satisfaction.
