Hello everyone! My name is Sofia Tezara and I am a full-time student at Florida International University. I plan to graduate in 2026 with a Bachelor's degree in science with a major in Public Relations, Advertising & Applied Communications (PRAAC). Once I gain my degree, I aspire to pursue a career in Fashion Marketing and continue to study to further push my knowledge of business and communications. I also proudly take of part of a part-time job as a front desk receptionist at the Racquet Club in Fisher Island and work as a premium indoor cycling studio instructor at CycleBar West Kendall. Moreover, I have gained various skills in both of my current workplaces. At Fisher Island, I have better acquired the skills of interpersonal communication and customer service, as well as, reception work of organization and sales. Through CycleBar, I have been able to reach a goal in personal fitness and have been rewarded with a certificate to be a fitness trainer through indoor cycling. Both jobs I currently hold have brought me rich knowledge that I know will be beneficial for my future career goals and have helped me gain skills that will support me for a lifetime. In the past, I have also participated in events that have rewarded me with being CPR certified and given me qualifications worthy of recognition. To share a personal goal and interest in work, I am slowly building a modeling portfolio as I am incredibly interested in the fashion industry, and long to build my own company revolving around fashion. I have worked alongside photographers and have had the privilege of doing a paid shoot with an incredible company. As this is a big dream of mine, I hold this project dear to my heart and personal to myself. Furthermore, touching up on my education, I graduated from Coral Reef Senior High School here in Miami from the academy of Legal & Public Affairs. For my four years of high school, I was a part of a club within my academy titled FPSA (Florida Public & Service Association). It was there that I gained qualifications such as CPR, Forensics Investigation, Use Of Force, and Team Dynamics. Participating in state-wide competitions with other high schools and mastering such skills, my high school was proudly able to take home the title of National Champions. All in all, I am always looking for new opportunities to expand my work and gain new skills, and I always appreciate hearing about new chances to grow. Please feel free to contact me via LinkedIn for any questions, comments, or concerns.Thank you, S. Tezara
