Currently employed as a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Molecular Medicine (MOMA), Aarhus University in the PharmacoOmics group of Maria Rusan, using CRISPR screen technologies to elucidate resistance mechanisms towards second generation NTRK inhibitors in different cancer types. Previous work during my PhD in the group of Jacob Giehm Mikkelsen, Department of Biomedicine, AU, yielded me with experience especially in lentivirus-derived particles, lentiviral vectors and the CRISPR/Cas9 system.
