About Sofie De Coninck

Hi,My name is Sofie and I'm a passionate consultant, project leader and Customer Experience Expert.I have been taking on these different roles at Möbius since 2012, with great pleasure.During my first years, I built up an extensive experience as consultant and project leader in different sectors. Gradually, I focused more and more on advising service - & retail companies, such as Bpost, Colruyt, Febelco, Carglass, various interim offices,... Providing an excellent service is essential for these companies. Therefore, I built up a strong expertise in the field of consultation / questioning of customers and other stakeholders (e.g. regarding satisfaction, Net Promoter Score (NPS), needs, evaluation of service concepts, input in the context of participatory policy processes,…), designing customer journeys, defining personas,… My analytical attitude and structured way of working also contribute very strongly to this.
