As a Partner, I am a global leader with a holistic perspective on Netlight and our services. We strive to be a role model company, in our delivery excellence as well as in our organization and our culture, and I am deeply committed to this evolution.

In my role as a Netlight consultant, I have been everything from a backend developer and tester to agile coach and transformation manager, working in wildly shifting industries like gaming, retail, finance, and public service. My last nine years have been centered around the complex challenge of helping teams and companies build better products and work better together.

The Netlight delivery model is designed to bring the collective knowledge of Netlight into every client engagement. In the role of Delivery Coach and Engagement Coach, I have coached and enhanced the delivery of many of my colleagues, and through this setup gained experience and insight into even more industries and solutions, beyond my own engagements.

Mentorship is a great tool for personal development and also a personal interest of mine. During my time at Netlight, I have mentored more than a hundred people – Netlight colleagues as well as key people at my clients. Few things give me more satisfaction than helping others unleash their potential.

As the startup market in Berlin began to mature, an opportunity for growing the Netlight Berlin office and developing our client portfolio there presented itself at the beginning of 2019. The development of the Berlin Office became a passion project for me and growing an office in a sustainable way – both financially and culturally – has been a fantastic journey.
