Strategically and operationally developing the Orkla brand, mainly through sustainability communication and reputation management. Since I joined Orkla, brand awareness, knowledge and reputation has increased by several percentage points. Most projects concerned sustainability communication. I was also responsible for Westander's offer within Branding Strategy and have helped a wide range of clients build and implement new brand platforms. My areas of expertise also include digital communication and social media strategy.In my role as Senior Consultant, I acted as team leader and had full responsibility over the staffing, strategy and budget for each client and project.

Main responsibilities included key account management and development of new sales opportunities, with a budget responsibility. Chimney offers strategic and tactical communication services and part of my job was to analyze the client’s communication needs and suggest appropriate solutions. The job also included project management. Internally I was responsible for the business intelligence hub and the development of new offerings, analysis of business expansion opportunities and marketing strategy.

Export consultancy. Worked with Norwegian SMEs from a wide variety of industries, providing them with market scans, industry analysis and entry strategy consultancy.

Monitored and reported on prominent industries in the Southern California region to Swedish government officials and companies. I also planned and organized an event showcasing Swedish designers and assisted in consular tasks.
