Strategically and operationally developing the Orkla brand, mainly through sustainability communication and reputation management. Also part of the Sustainability Management team, working on projects concerning e.g. plant-based foods, climate footprints, fossil-free production and sustainable and circular packaging. Since I joined Orkla, brand awareness, knowledge and reputation has increased by several percentage points. Also responsible for the external and internal communication for several Orkla companies, in terms of e.g. media strategy, interview training, issues management and crisis communication.Orkla is a leading supplier of branded consumer goods and concept solutions to the consumer, out of home and bakery markets in the Nordics, the Baltics and selected markets in Central Europe and India, with 22 000 employees. Sweden is the second largest market, with 18 factories and offices and 3000 employees. Orkla Sweden work with brands such as Felix, Grumme, Anamma and OLW.
