I am a PhD in computational astrophysics and Senior Clinical Data Scientist at Novo Nordisk with a strong interest in data analysis, statistics, machine learning and natural language processing. My experience includes designing and implementing a machine learning model for the classification of millions of astrophysical objects. I am highly skilled in Python and have experience with a wide range of models and tools incl. Tensorflow, PyTorch and scikit-learn. As a physicist, I am an expert in data exploration, mathematical modelling, simulation, visualization and statistics. I have followed computer science courses on machine learning and natural language processing incl. supervised, semisupervised and unsupervised methods, transformer models, sentiment analysis, part-of-speech tagging, neural networks, gradient boosting machines, CNN, LSTM, BERT etc.I have experience with project and time management of both independent research projects and highly collaborative clinical trials. I learn fast and pay attention to detail. I also have a passion for science communication, teaching and volunteer work.
