Examples of initiatives include GWPs, competitions for customers and staff, extra staff training to support events, visual merchandising and scheduling customer bookings for product demonstrations.• Created video and picture material for social media promotions of in-store events, news etc. to post on stores' channels and drive customers in to the stores.• Conducted both in-store and digital education of staff, focusing on product knowledge, makeup techniques and sales.• Analysed sales data for each retail partner store to understand how to best prioritise supporting efforts.• Executed the roll-out of entering 40+ new stores within a two-year period, including visual merchandising, staff training, opening events etc.• Effectively organised and optimised schedule to be able to support all 60 retail locations according to individual needs and potential.• From July 2018-July 2019, the position covered the area of Jylland.
