We enlarged our responsibility from Epic customers to all youth customers within Proximus (P&L accountability of €120 mio/250k customers). I empowered a multidisciplinary squad accountable for the 'Reconnection & NPS' of our youth customers with brand desire, NPS, customer experience and sustainability as main KPIs.

Responsible for the launch and go-to-market of a brand new sub brand targeted towards youth, called Proximus Epic. Next to designing and launching 3 mobile plans and 2 packs, we also built a fully differentiated and segmented approach towards youth. Next to a refreshing go-to-market plan with a new channel mix, a different visual identity and youth tone of voice; we developed our own digital customer journey with e.g. an Epic chatbot for acquisition and support and an Epic app to track usage and pay bills.Also in our way of working we were pioneers, being the first Agile squad of the company.
