I have been the project lead on several projects related to innovation and digitization. I was the project lead on Grundfos’ extensive 5G project, the first in Danish production. I managed a project team with members from Aalborg University, TDC, Ericsson and Grundfos internal resources. I was also project lead on the digital workstation project, remote support using a HoloLens, and advanced shop floor scheduling, thus interacting with several part of the company, from supply chain to continuous improvement and operation. I have worked with at MADE activities and represented Grundfos at different university event.

I worked with developing the future production setup through application of the latest research within mass communication and Industry 4.0. My work had a special focus on production data, and I identified and implemented IoT solutions, involved the operator and shows potential for process data.

I investigated the potential of using simulation and emulation at Arla Foods, as part of the CAPEX process at Arla. I made a simulation at a dairy in the Rødkærsbro warehouse using the simulation tool Experior provided by Xcelgo. I investigated potential benefits from having a simulation setup in-house to improve the CAPEX project success rate
