I have been the project lead on several projects related to innovation and digitization. I was the project lead on Grundfos’ extensive 5G project, the first in Danish production. I managed a project team with members from Aalborg University, TDC, Ericsson and Grundfos internal resources. I was also project lead on the digital workstation project, remote.

I made a simulation at a dairy in the Rødkærsbro warehouse using the simulation tool Experior provided by Xcelgo. I investigated potential benefits from having a simulation setup in-house to improve the CAPEX project success rate
