Senior Account Manager February 2011 – September 2012Promoted to lead Senior Account Manager managing all aspects of client liaison. Responsible for sales planning, strategy, forecasting and customer service including OEM, ODM and Private Labeling projects worldwide. In charge of internal communications between manufacturer and research divisions, project management and commercialization teams. Directly reported into CEO, CFO and other high level directors. Accomplishments:- For the fiscal year of 2011-12, responsible for company’s main European account, Reflecta, which generated 70% of the entire company’s revenue. Generated just under NT$5 million in sales goals in the first order. - Launched 2 new film scanners in 2011 following the ISO requirements. Successfully reached over NT$70 million in sales goals as a project manager and optimized product development process. The revenue generated made up 45% of the company’s revenue of that year. - Lead and trained junior level teams in terms of market research, internal process and client relationship management. Developed a successful partnership with Adobe and LaserSoft for software bundles through contract establishments.
