During my ERASMUS placement I worked within the research group of Prof. Peter Solich under the supervision of Dr. Lucie Nováková in the Analytical Chemistry department. My research project was divided in three parts:- Development, optimization and validation of UPLC-MS/MS method for the determination of several stations and its metabolites in biological material.- Application of CAD detection approach in pharmaceutical analysis of statins preparations.- Comparison of CAD and UV detection capabilities in the analysis of statins.
