Plan schedule, organizes and supervise smooth running of the projects. Attend the weekly regular project progressive meeting with clints. Responsible for the day today running activity of Project ensuring that all Site Engineer, Report to the Management the day today progress of works, requirement of Manpower, equipment and other resources, difficulties encountered, and specific action required from him to resolve problems at site. Arrange meetings with the sub-contractors. Preparations of weekly progress report for submit to the project Manager/ project director. Having regular meetings with site engineer, foreman to discuss about program and progress of work and to closely monitoring the job costs do not exceed the budgeted target. Ensure quality of the work is as per project specification and satisfaction of consultant and client. Providing proper work environment, safety and welfare of the work force employed at the site.Arrange of all materials to the site a time to avoid any project delay.Skills• Managing and leading Multiples Project. • Coordination with contractors and assets owners to discuss project details.• Checking Scope of work, Drawing, Client’s requirements and BOQ verification.• Preparing BOQ.• Prepare and send RFQ to all approved contactors to obtain required quotations.• Make detailed project plan • Maintained coordination with clients till project completion.• Implementing and maintained engineering standards.• Maintained project safety standards. • Ensure project delivery timely.• Sites visits for EHS and quality check• Controlled the quality of work according to the drawings of the Designer.• Strictly monitoring the quality of work according to specifications as given in BOQ & Drawing • Designate and organize the subcontractors and monitor their activities at sites • Warehouse requisitions for material inflow and issue of the same to the sites.
