Started my own show at Himachal's first internet Radio Station "Radio Hills", with the name "Ye Shehar bhi kuch kehte hai" looping in 44 listeners every week. The show required a lot of research, script writing and skillful speaking. In order to excel in all the mentioned skills, a lot of exercises and techniques were practiced. Apart from weekly shows, the working also involved creating regular content for YouTube, Instagram and other social media pages in terms of Vlogs, chat shows, insta reels etc.

"Sanchetna" is a self initiative of mine under which i have been conducting "free of cost", unique motivational seminars in various colleges and schools so as to provide a new vision to the nation's youth and strong arm them in achieving whatever they desire to, in their lives. In one year I've conducted more than 10 seminars in and around Himachal Pradesh under this project. My dream is to connect the entire youth of this country to this revolution.

HR Functions:- Gained comprehensive exposure to key HR functions including recruitment, succession planning, learning and development, and performance management systems (PMS) within the first 30 days.- Assisted in organizing weekly training sessions on topics such as work-life balance, "7 Habits of Highly Effective People," health and nutrition, personal finance management, and corporate teachings from the Bhagavad Gita.- Performed skill gap analysis for 4 departments, aiding HR in designing a need-based training calendar.- Drafted around 4-5 training proposals, invitation emails, and contributed to designing training modules for the same.- Conducted a 4-hour training session on "Increasing Employability for Apprentices" for approximately 30 apprentices.IR Functions:- Acquired knowledge of labour compliances including PF, ESIC, contract labour management, payment of bonus, payment of gratuity, and POSH for around 1200 employees within the initial 30 days. Also attended several trainings on Occupational Health & Safety during that period.- Observing the applications of the Industrial Disputes Act and Standing Orders Act, facilitated and understood the processes of long-term settlement and domestic enquiries, gaining hands-on experience on the same.- Played a major role in developing the "Scrum" portal, a software for managing contract labour, by collaborating with top leaders of the company during its development.Other Engagements:- Constantly interacted with HR managers and leaders of the company and provided inputs for increasing operational efficiency especially in Tech HR and Employee Engagement.

- Got hands on experience to work with R.S.C.E.R.T. (Assessment Cell) and gave valuable inputs for launching a state assessment portal, in the presence of the Hon’ble Education Minister of Rajasthan Dr. B.D. Kalla.- Prepared a stakeholder's map of the Indian Education System, from National Level to Block Level.-Developed a critical policy analysis, with suggestions on features that are not addressed and can be improved, in SARTHAQ part 1, NEP,2020.-Prepared a detailed presentation on the National and State Assessment Survey, emphasizing on the assessment of Rajasthan in it.- Comparative analysis of the PISA framework of assessment and the Indian assessment framework, highlighting where does our country stand and the possible reforms needed.- Developed a broad understanding on the assessment reforms that are proposed in the NEP 2020, the assessment process carried out in India and abroad (NAS, SAS, PISA).

1. Worked extensively on excel to bring transparency in decision making by providing detailed analysis through reports and presentations on Sales, Price Comparisons, Procurement forecast etc.2. Worked closely with the board leaders of the company to assist in administrative work & designed Standard Operating Procedures for various departments.3. Was responsible to organise activities promoting employee - company harmony, ex: managed the organization of "Sport Carnival" for more than 300 employees of the company and the parent company Biogem.4. Managed the smooth processing of sale orders including the packaging and dispatch, and was given extra recognition for the same.5. Organized "Weekend Professional Samwad", an initiative to remove communication barriers and promote problem solving through collective brainstorming.6. Responsible for improving the English Email Communication of the employees of the branch.

Rotaract Club of Waknaghat (RACW 3080) District 3080 . A student body social club(part of Rotary-International) which works for the deprived section of our society. Our entire life we live for ourselves but most importantly this club teaches you to contribute a little part of your life for others. In a very unique way it makes you realize that how these things are so much important in corporate life or in upcoming days. Projects like "Be Someone's Santa" - This project is organised in the month of December considering the fact that Santa brings happiness to everyone's home and on those chilled days, a blanket or sweater would help the people who don't have much resources for these kinds of things. So, we, the members of the club all living in different cities conducted and participated in this project. Around 175 blankets and 100 sweaters were distributed and we were successful to spread a deep message or had built a deep sense of thought that society must be endured and this can only happen if we all work towards this cause.Similarly, we've organized more projects under the guidance of Rotary Shimla like "TREE PLANTATION,"Waknghat School Adoption","Hindi Medium", "Rachna", "Blood Donation Camp" and many more are yet to come.Working at Rotaract Club Of Waknaghat has given me a platform to inspire others by making my own small contribution to the society.

Have a tremendous experience in handling the stage when it comes to anchoring or compering. I've hosted a number of events of the college including Le' Fiestus, Parakram, MURIOUS, Cultural Nights etc. Speaking being my passion, I've never left an opportunity to speak on the stage which has given me immense confidence, living up to everyone's expectations.

Research & Policy Analysis. The job was to analyze the aspects of new Road Safety notification under the Motor Vehicle Act of Government of India, which provided for constituting a National Road Safety Board, to minimise the every day road accidents in the country. The task included studying the Road Safety models 74 countries such countries which comprised of a similar board or institution.The final work included giving suggestions and objections to the above-mentioned notification and providing the bare minimum requirements such as the qualification of members, for constituting such a Road safety board, after comparing it with other countries. The last assignment also included tracking the details of road accidents occurring during the lockdown, which were being reported in the vernacular newspapers.

Designed and executed a number of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, to name a few: "Securico World Cup Campaign", "Securico environment-friendly campaign", "Dealership Program Campaign". Was responsible for handling and updating all the social media handles of the company, showing prominent results by increasing following rate from 3 to 303 on social media networks like Instagram and Twitter. Played a crucial role in devising out the Marketing Strategy for "Securico Dealership program", which aimed at bringing new dealers into the company, offering them various incentives. Learnt about the various aspects of Social Media, Affiliate and Merchandise marketing. Was appreciated several times from Mr Mohit Sikka (Marketing Head, Securico) and Mr Vivek(Managing Director, Securico) for creative inputs and efficient working skills.
