Responsibilities:Compliance processes• Ensuring the consistency of the organisation's internal procedures with the law• Ensuring that the organization operates in accordance with internal procedures through periodic audits• Creating and maintaining formal and legal security standards for the Company• Ensuring the security of any data held by the Company• Providing legal support for internal structures• Ensuring the company's security related to random events• Conducting or commissioning training in the scope resulting from internal procedures• Building a compliance culture in the organization• Supporting the Management Boards of the Group of Companies and the Investment Fund in decision-making processes• Ensuring process continuity• Cooperating with control authoritiesTeam management• Coordinating the work of the team (20 people)• Managing the control team, including planning for efficient, timely and effective implementation of the tasks of the managed team• Building a creative and responsible team and organizational culture that supports development• Setting goals and verifying the effects of their implementation• Supervising over the Environmental Protection Department• Conducting trainingsProjects• Coordinating M&A (Merger & Acquisitions) processes• Project management to create formal and legal collateral for Private Label (President of the Management Board of Morele Business from 08.2020-11.2020)• Creating Compliance structures adjusted to the WSE standard• Electronization of the Group of Companies - creation of tools enabling electronic signing of documents
