I am currently working remotely in a client-facing role as an insurance assistant for Elevate Teams. Elevate is a startup that provides pre-trained assistants to independent insurance agencies to support them with all their time-consuming and repetitive tasks.Some tasks I am trained to assist insurance agencies with include: - Notices of Cancellation- Certificates of insurance- Calling (and waiting on hold) with carriers- Billing inquiries- Auto ID cards- Motor Vehicle Reports- Setup BOR letters- Emailing- Customer Service- Renewing policies in CRM- Endorsements - Setup LPRs- CRM ManagementPrior to being placed with Elevate clients, I underwent a 6-week intensive training led by Elevate's trainers, where I was trained to perform the insurance industry tasks mentioned above as well as to use common industry software such as Applied Epic and AMS360.I (and all Elevate assistants) are college-educated and speak at least 2 languages, including highly advanced English.
