-Assign work resources including budget and schedule; update budget provided to customer.-Track project progress to ensure that quality, deliveries and cost stay on plan.-Support Localization Project Managers with daily tasks.-Facilitate effective communication within the project team (translators, engineers, customer’s project coordinators)-Ensure completion of all project-driven administrative processes

- End to end translation project management support- Monitoring and communicating project progress in a timely manner- Liaise with translators and internal stakeholders on project execution- Submit and manage all translation projects from start to finish- Deliver completed projects to stakeholders- Coordinate proofing and editing of projects for completeness, formatting accuracy, and linguistic quality

- Responsible for on-boarding & off-boarding processes.- Taleo/CRM maintenance and new employee pre-screening requirements- Manage Job Boards and train new recruiters from India- Generate recruiting reports- Interface with Vendor Management Systems on job orders and candidate submittals

-Planning and resolution of staffing issues-Coordinating Global Delivery requests, the GD channel, subcontracting requests-Coordinate optimal deployment, utilization and availability management of a group of practitioners-Support projects by filling open seats for all resource channels and executing supporting administrative needs-Acted as single point of responsibility for supporting staffing of roles-Works with projects and supply channels to make sure seats are properly tagged, filled and closed and keeping staffing plans up to date- Manages staffing escalations for projects supported-Works with project teams, fulfills administrative deployment processes (DOU, ICA, Procurement)-Assists practitioners in finding opportunities for project assignments-Performs bench management activities for aligned org
