- 2G & 3G & LTE – BSS Back-office Ericsson Egypt from :Work profile: providing managed service to our customer in Egypt “Etisalat” including operational and maintenance activities2nd level assurance & fulfillment ( 2G – 3G – LTE )•NEW BSC & RNC & NB & ENB integrations and commissioning and acceptance.•Hands-on experience and advanced troubleshooting skills on Ericsson RNC & BSC and Transcoders (APZ 212 33, APZ 212 55, EVO8200, APG40 and APG43 & RBS6000 & Baesband 5212).•Handling CP and APG and Lan switch upgrades for new software releases.•Implementing all kind of BSC expansion PGW, PCU, TRA, TRH, AGW, SLI and STMs.•BSC Conversion from A over TDM to A over IP.•A and Ater expansions.•CNS role to open CSR and troubleshooting with Tier2 & PLM to reach for formal answers.•Implementation of new features MCTR, VAMOS, ABIS optimization and ABIS over IP.•On site interventions for RNC & BSC faults and new boards installation.•Emergency Handling for Major outages and performance degradation.•Implementation of daily change requests sent from customer.•Implementing expansion and newly integration for 2G and 3G network•Trouble tickets handling and resolutions within SLA.•Interfacing with Optimization teams and resolution of performance and degradations problems for the network.•Hands-on experience and troubleshooting skills in Ericsson CPP based nodes (RNC & enode b )using both element manager and Moshell.•Having Good experience with transport network (ATM & IP ).

BO Team Leader•24/7 Shift Schedule i.e. frontline & 2nd line support for Huawei.•Monitoring the functionality of the System for Mobile Communication network.•Configuration & troubleshooting of BTS & BSC &NB & RNC at initial level while commissioning.Converting BSC from TDM to BSC over IP and convert Gb to over ip & convert BTS to be over ip configuration & troubleshooting & all maintenance needed.•Performing first & second line maintenance, tests and diagnosis of faults.•Identification of alarms and alarm handling.•Site access management (Security).•Ensuring escalation of faults and maintaining records of the same.•Performing routine procedures on various network elements e.g. database back ups, routine savings and roaming testing.•Effect minimum systems configuration in accordance to approved engineering works orders.•Dailly & weekly reports .Daily & weekly & monthly audit all over the network for health check BSCs & BTSs.Give training to new engineers joining the team to make them qualified to work in the network.

Responsible for the Creation W/O of All new Sites on Motorola Region.- Responsible for All TRX Upgrade ((transmission & Hardware).- Responsible for launching new BSC & Sites Migration from BSC to Another &BSC dimensioning.- Co ordinate works between Teams (production, Transmission, Support & Optimization).

New site & Bsc & xcdr installation & commissioning
