Being part of the global management team and being responsible for the strategic development of a multisided platform as a product for the global nonprofit AIESEC, which connects 35.000 young people worldwide with organizations to provide them with leadership development experiences through volunteering and internships every year. - Managing our youth customer-facing platform (https://aiesec.org). Reassessing and challenging the existing user flow and ensuring GDPR compliance. - Evolvement of existing user-centric processes to gather learnings to improve the platform based on agile project management and human-centered design.- Facilitating the vision, conceptualization, and development of a mobile application.- Implementation of a customer support framework across 70 national offices.- Management and tracking of two external development teams.- The utilization of data to prioritize development roadmap to drive strategic direction.

I was responsible for developing and maintaining applications aimed at a range of iOS devices, including iPhones and iPads. My primary focus was the development of iOS applications and their integration with back-end services. Working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Ensuring a top-notch product is being shipped to the client.

Support and facilitate a learning environment along with the Teaching assistant of the following subjects 1. Computer Science I2. Computer Science IV3. Software EngineeringIn the computer science-related classes, I was able to support in the lab sessions and make sure that the students get hands-on the implementation of the theories that are explained.On the other hand, In the Software Engineering Course, I was able to mentor 3 teams that consist of 4 students each to work on a project that took place along the entire semester that was mainly to tackle the understanding and usage of MEAN Stack. Two of the teams I mentored were in the top 10 teams across the whole class competition.
