I have a passion for the intersection of innovation, engineering & technology, and strategy. Currently, I am an associate partner at Innosight, where I work with leaders of global companies to help them make sense of and navigate disruptive forces.At Innosight, I am a leader within our Industrials and Technology Solutions practice. My work includes developing future-oriented growth strategies, spotting and accelerating new business opportunities, and diagnosing and building innovation capabilities. I specialize in large-scale industrial, B2B, and engineering-driven organizations. My engagement experience has spanned an array of industries in these spaces, including materials, automotive, manufacturing, food & beverage, and agriculture – and our work often spans cutting edge topics such as digital, AI, sustainability, mobility, and global dynamics. Previously, I worked as a postdoctoral research associate at Purdue, where I helped the R&D department of a Fortune 100 company implement concepts related to identifying and realizing innovations with the highest degree of impact – termed ‘enabling’ innovations – a concept that was the focus of my doctoral work. My work experience also includes time as a civil engineer in affordable housing developments. I hold Ph.D. and M.Sc. degrees from Purdue’s College of Engineering, where my focus was on the discovery and application of innovation science principles for engineering contexts. I also hold an MBA from Purdue’s Krannert School of Management and, as a native of Mexico, hold a bachelor’s in civil engineering from the Universidad Autonomy de Yucatan.Beyond this, I love learning from, helping, and connecting people – so please don't hesitate to reach out.
