I started my journey in professional services, helping recruit top talent for global organisations across London, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and New Zealand. After 15 years in recruitment, I followed my dream of becoming an independent careers adviser and coach. Merging my recruitment, coaching and school careers advisory experience, I launched SPM Coaching.I deliver 1:1 coaching, independent careers advice, group coaching and workshops.
