We seek to help the Southside of Chicago flourish through the practice of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Responsible for improving the employment outcomes for 20,000+ Noble Alumni, and supporting 18 High Schools in career development. • Cast vision to aid 1300+ recently college graduated alumni obtain full-time gainful employment at a family-sustaining wage or enroll in graduate school within 1 year of college graduation. • Lead a diverse team in setting ambitious goals to facilitate career exposure, career coaching, and support to our high schools.• Oversaw Winter Externship Program that has partnered with 60+ corporations to provide meaningful career exposure to 140+ alumni in a single year• Fostered collaborative relationships across the school network to promote cross-functionality in support of our schools and alumni.

Responsible for managing multiple scholarships and leadership development programs and initiatives for mostly first-generation, underrepresented populations in higher education.- Oversaw and executed program goals that impacted numerous scholars and alumni 90%+ of which are Black and Latinx. (Scholarships, Retention, Internships, Career Networking, etc)- Maintained collaborative relationships with multiple higher ed institutions across multiple departments. - Oversaw the awarding and facilitation of over $1m in College scholarships annually.- Lead successful and innovative development initiatives that resulted in a 1300+% ROI.- Oversaw College Retention support structures for numerous cohorts attending partner institutions.

- Recruited several cohorts of scholars from Chicago in partnership with higher ed inst. - Trained several cohorts of scholars in college readiness skills in 6-month training intensives prior to freshmen year. - Facilitated funding for several cohorts of scholars adding up to over $1m. - Supported several cohorts of scholars persevere toward college graduation.

Responsible for coaching students toward academic/career success across the university. - Mentored countless students in the TRIO SSS program - Provided quality Writing Tutoring for students that were English Language Learners- Lead IGNITE presentation around particular academic writing conventions- Facilitated group cultural outings for mentees.
