Eventually, in additional to previously mentioned responsibilities, my daily tasks included keeping up to date the internal phone directory (published on an internal website), creating reports required for the management and for Inventories ( Crystal Reports, MS Access and Smartlists), and creating new user accounts (Active Directory, MS Dynamics GP, ASC and Avaya Site administration Software). Got involved as member of the migration team during the Microsoft Dynamics GP implementation, documented the SOP's of GP web based custom interface, trained the Customer Service Department personnel and leaded the department during two weeks after implementation to ensure a smooth transition.
