I have varied teaching experience from volunteering and subbing to running my own class. I have a flexible schedule, I'm reliable, and I'm eager to expand my yoga teaching career. I'm available for teaching, subbing, privates/semi privates in your home, trades, and volunteer opportunities. I teach foundations Hatha as well as Pre/Post Natal. My classes focus on alignment, breath work, mindfulness, dialectical behavior therapy, and meeting each student where they are currently at.

Expanded my sales knowledge in a new industry. Experience included greeting, needs assessment, selection/presentation, demonstration, negotiation, pre-purchase follow up, delivery, post-purchase follow up, and outbound calls.

Helping clients with any needs, determining client needs and closing sales, light cleaning, cold-calling, meeting with prospective business clients, opening, closing, and basic store upkeep.

I worked hard to achieve sales targets for one of my favourite skin care companies during their busy holiday season. I worked with a great team and enjoyed learning about The Body Shop's products.
