Specialist I ImplementationPOSITION SUMMARY:The Implementation Specialist Job Family acts as a consultant and project manager to new and existing small business clients as they transition to ADP. Executes against strategic operational objectives by driving Human Capital management products to contribute to first year client retention. Collaborates with sales force and Full Level Tax group until the client is successfully transitioned to Client Service. Has broad knowledge of multiple products and services; they possess the ability to apply the knowledge appropriately to diverse situations in order to add value to clients. Trains and supports clients throughout the relationship and, at the same time, exploring clients' underlying issues and needs for potential up-sell opportunities. Uses knowledge, insight, and understanding of business concepts, tools, and processes to make sound decisions in the context of the company's business.- Review and confirm client account setup-Analyse sales contracts for completeness and accuracy, and conduct a gap analysis to ensure clients have the appropriate products and services for their business needs-Maintain existing knowledge base and build onto it by learning new products, services, processes, and procedures. Keep up-to-date with payroll/legal regulations

INDUSTRY REQUIREMENTS-STAFFING-NETWORKINGResponsible for assessing candidate qualifications to fill existing or potential vacancies. Develop a potential candidate pool, with the most qualified candidates to move forward in the recruitment process. Responsibilities: • Source candidates from Job portals and database• Pre-screen candidate profiles based on job requirement• Review candidate profiles via resume and interviews• Develop new client base and aid in business development
