Duties:• Establishing effective internal systems and controls to effectively manage the Corporation’s finances, assets, and liabilities in accordance with relevant legislation, policies, and Treasury directions• Monitoring the needs of company partners, the board of directors, and stakeholders• Providing strategic financial input and leadership on issues affecting an organization’s decision making• Helping to ensure a sustainable income from individual, corporate, legacy, and trust donations• Establishing mechanisms for listening to the views of beneficiaries on the organization’s performance• Advising the company on the impact of long-range planning and new business ventures• Maintaining awareness of risks and changes in the external environment that affect the organization• Developing the Company’s vision and mission statements, ensuring that such statements are communicated to and understood by all employees, reviewing the vision and mission statements, and ensuring that changes are made to each, as needed.• Participating in the development of an organization’s plans and programs as a strategic partner

• Developing analytical processes/tools to improve the effectiveness, quality, and efficiency of the development effort• Communicating with the Department Head to discuss students' progress and other course requirements• Representing the university at conferences and delivering presentations when necessary.• Overseeing the progress of students’ academic careers by helping them choose courses that will meet graduation requirements and advising them on academic, career, and personal issues• Providing feedback to students regarding their performance in class or in other activities such as applying for internships or preparing papers or reports• Attending faculty and departmental meetings and voicing concerns or providing suggestions for improvement.• Assisting with various departmental duties and providing academic support to Professors and other staff.• Maintaining accurate records of grades and other academic data such as attendance records or student transcripts• Conducting supplemental instructional activities such as independent studies, internships, advising, and thesis/dissertation supervision

• Working closely with design and merchant on product development and coordinating with suppliers who can best execute our aesthetics and meet target cost• Planning, and implementing shop merchandising, layout, and customer traffic flow to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, appearance, image, and ergonomics for customers.• Preparing delivery orders and revising with the warehouse for availability, following up on delivery punctuality, and abiding by punctual delivery policies.• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with existing and new clients• Handling customers’ tailor-made designs coordinating with the Interior designer, and attending all required meetings and follow-ups.• Issuing written orders to the warehouse department regarding product preparation, inspection, and shipment to customers and completing all the required financial and logistical documentation.• Following up on delivery with clients, delivery team, and warehouses to ensure prompt and accurate delivery.

• Managing program strategy and direction ensuring continuous improvements to the customer experience• Providing executive-level support to the President/CEO by synthesizing complex issues and clearly and credibly providing or arranging for executive-level briefings, taking meeting notes, organizing material, and as required• Providing policy and program support to the Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and Delegates Conference, including working with staff to develop and maintain Board policies, By-laws, and the Constitution;• Partnering with the client relationship team to build and maintain client relationships with ultra-high-net-worth offshore private clients• Directing experience providing executive-level support in a public sector, political, or labor relations environment; An extensive network of union, political, public service, and/or government contacts an asset;• Liaising across operational units to drive ongoing initiatives of enterprise significance and supports labor relations processes as assigned• Managing ongoing relationships with select donors who require intensive grant-making services to ensure that they receive high-quality donor-focused grant-making services

• Developing physical understanding and numerical models to simulate manufacturing processes that include mixing, extrusion, calendaring, tire building, shaping, curing, and uniformity analyses• Performing structural analysis for primary and secondary launch vehicle structures using hand calculations and FEA• Dispositioning of manufacturing nonconformances and resolving technical challenges, as they arise• Developing analytical processes/tools to improve the effectiveness, quality, and efficiency of the development effort• Demonstrating honesty, responsibility, integrity, and fulfillment of commitments• Collaborating with application engineers in new product development and quality organizations to validate developed models and processes• Developing solutions to difficult problems that are thorough, imaginative, practical, and consistent with program objectives
