Canada's employment rate stands at 62.40%. Many workers in Canada spend a lot of hours at their desks. Students also spend many hours without moving on chairs. Wrong sitting and sleeping habits can cause skeletal damage to people. One of the most important problems in the workplace (having a seated position for employees) is the wrong position of employees. One of the most important reasons for creating a false posture is the unconscious movement of the person forward. The office and student chair cannot be a completely ergonomic product. But technological and ergonomic ideas can be used to reduce skeletal problems. The problem we want to solve is the problem of not knowing the wrong and dangerous shape of their spine while sitting.
