Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management. Perform housekeeping and related activities and general environment services. Responsible for maintaining area and inventory supplies for patients, staffs, offices, clinic, or visitor areas. Followed safety requirement working around chemical carefully, equipment, cleaning techniques and infection control methods necessary to maintain the departments established quality standards. Follow companies' procedures of the use and safety of removal of medical waste.

Assisted in making patients' lives easier and more comfortable. Provided administrative support in patients to appointments, such as scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring patients received proper care. Prepped patient in getting ready for fitness sessions and proper education directed by Instructors. Assist patients with preparing meals, medication reminders, and meal planning. Assisted refugee and immigrant students improve literacy in reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. Assist students in targeted subject areas via individual or group tutoring. Provided assistance after-school tutoring program and assist with activities. Worked with classroom teachers in providing any support needed in order to coordinate instructional efforts. Provides support in set-up and clean up for any type of special event and reporting all the students' activities back to volunteer coordinator. Worked with instructors in make sessions friendly and productive learning environment.
