Somya is a PGP-IM student at MDI Gurgaon. She has worked as Client Success Program Lead for 23 months at Searce after completing B.E. Hons. from BITS Pilani K.K. Birla Goa Campus in 2017. During her stint at MDI Gurgaon, she had been a part of two projects where she worked on the strategy to improve the market visibility of the company using various digital platforms. She was also adjudged as a National Finalist for Airtel iCreate (Product Category).At Searce she was chosen to lead Client Success Program, a new initiative which focused on enhancing client relations and engagements. She worked with different business unit heads to design the structure of the whole program. She had designed the engagement activities and made account plan for top 30 customers of Searce.During her time at BITS Pilani K.K. Birla she was selected as a Quark (Technical Festival) Coordinator in Department of Backstage and Infrastructure. She also published her research on "The Role Of Additives In Non-Cyanide Baths For The Fabrication Of Anisotropic Metallic Nanostructures" in the Electrochemical Society US.
