Area Credit Manager for Government Business and Large Corporates for North India and East India. Responsible for managing a portfolio spread across industries including manufacturing, service, trading and real estate. Assess credit worthiness of the potential customer through detailed financial analysis, understanding the respective industry, credit evaluation and using credit scoring models.Implementation of credit policy and continuous evaluation to ensure adherence to the Policy and compliance with the Authority Matrix in the area assigned. Undertake periodic credit reviews of the existing customers to keep delinquency under control.

Front office dealer responsible for foreign exchange hedging for the company’s exposures through derivative contracts. Instrumental in development of Forex Risk Management Policy at group level. Filed 20F and 6K to SEC as the company was NYSE listed and took care of SOX compliance. Refinanced loans and raised funding through ECBs, FCCNs involved engagement with the bank on syndication of loan and other agencies and arranged for the requirements related to raising of the funds. Handled corporate ratings work involved peer analysis, preparation of the debt maturity profile, monitoring the ratings matrix and developments in rating agencies reports and coordinating with the rating agencies. Managed the underlying exposure for the derivative contracts entered by the company. Ensured compliance of RBI regulations and facilitated the audit requirements. Developed an extensive Investor Database for all the FIIs who have invested in the company. Developed an Auto Peer Research Report for the top management on domestic and international peers. Undertook Wallet Size Exercise at group level. Managed the Derivative Contracts entered through the SAP system. Developed and circulated monthly shareholding report for Mr. Ratan Tata the Board of Directors of the Company.
