- In the scope of the Social Protection Administration II Project of the World Bank being implemented together with the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, working on the development of the unified Application Management System meant for having a centralized platform for incoming applications in the field of social protection- Working on the development of the personal cabinet concept for the citizens as their social profiles from where they can apply for and receive social services- Working on digitizing the social service of family vulnerability benefit from A to Z, i.e. from application submission to decision making

- Within the framework of the reform of Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs worked on the development of e-Disability (e-disability.am) platform for digitizing the assessment process of functional abilities of citizens from A to Z, i.e. from application submission to decision making- Working on upgrading e-Disability (e-disability.am) platform with the necessary tools and functionalities for better serving the needs of the citizens and stakeholders- Supporting the deployment processes of the platform

- Supporting Armenian applicants with planning, preparing and submitting public funding applications for funds such as Horizon Europe, European Satellite Navigation Competition (ESNC), and others- Promoting and supporting applicants with certain work packages of Horizon Europe - the biggest EU fund for R&D&I projects- Promoting Armenian R&D&I for boosting international collaborations and attracting funding

Within EU4Business “Innovative Tourism and Technology Development for Armenia” project framework, carried out situation analysis, stakeholder survey and interviews, supported international experts from Civitta in defining the strategic recommendations for Armenia to improve its participation in Horizon 2020 and prepare for Horizon Europe.

Supported the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister of RA during the development of Public Administration Reform (PAR) strategy through:- Carrying out a benchmark study on PAR in several countries- Compiling necessary documentation for, during and after workshops with public body representatives involved in the reform

Implemented the "Extending Armenia's participation in H2020" project funded by the European Union and implemented by the consortium of CPM Consulting International and the Center for Strategic Initiatives of RA, particularly:- developed a roadmap for increasing the participation of Armenian applicants in Horizon2020 framework programme- supported a national newly-founded Horizon2020 foundation with operational development processes- supported certain local applicants with proposal development (1 success case)
