This was an interdisciplinary program, students researched leaders from Vietnam war, religious groups, literature, to sports, and leadership styles from authoritarian to servant leadership. I was the committee member for all the dissertations, responsible for quality of work and as their reader. Created and led a multidisciplinary team of staff and faculty to conduct a self-study and make the necessary enhancements to acquire accreditation within two years.• Developed three and five year strategic plans, institutional effectiveness plan and student retention plans for the college
