Assistant Manager-Sales Operations
Current- Review and enhance systems to ensure optimized processes that support sales and cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
- Work with Sales leadership to design and implement global sales strategy, lead management processes, and managing end to order closing in the system.
- Experience with Salesforce.com and handling accurate Territory assignment in CRM so that accurate forecasting is maintained.
- Own and drive Salesforce CRM, sales dashboards and represent report analysis to management on monthly /quarterly basis.
- Initiate and drive sales automation tools such as ZoomInfo (ZI),Marketo, D&B Hoovers,Marketo,Jira,Salesforce CPQ, etc.
- Participate in Cross functional meetings to provide updates on deals and support rapid resolution of issues, keep Sales Reps updated on progress.
