Leading and managing a high performing team that provides end-to-end support for state-of-the art Goals-based Wealth Management & Performance Measurement applications, involving complex financial calculations and cutting edge technology. The major projects that I've worked are as below, where my major contribution was to perform data quality analysis across multiple data channels (including SOAP web service testing) by creating excel calculators that matched business requirements: 1) Goals-based Wealth Management- Single Goal Repository: Lead a team of 4 QA engineers to perform data quality analysis to ensure the client goal parameters (Time Horizon etc.) and the goal to client mapping (including joint goals) are captured correctly in the backend.2) Daily Security Performance: Created excel calculators to validate the daily security performance calculations (Modified-Deitz formula) on backend and its mapping to the FA facing UI and client facing report.3) Global Bookkeeping Repository - Fees: Lead a team of 5 software QA engineers at offshore to perform data quality analysis on capturing fee types in the new database from 6 different data sources.4) Performance Measurement - Daily Benchmark: Designed a data analysis approach, and created excel calculators to validate the daily benchmark return calculations with varied frequency underlying benchmarks.5) Managed Account Advisory (MAA dashboard) – Composite Portal:Created an excel calculator which computed the rate of return, standard deviation, mean, EMV, BMV for all the accounts at sleeve level.
