Payback period calculations, Heat and Mass Balance, Electrical Single Line Diagram, Process and Instrumentation Diagrams, Equipment layout drawings and relevant drawings.• Providing complete cogeneration solutions suitable for customers needs along with the Balance of Plant system (BOP)

• Engineering of complete project with Gas Turbine and its BOP Auxiliaries like Heat recovery Boiler, Gas exhaust stacks, Chillers, Thermic Fluid heater, Steam Turbine, Condenser, Cooling Tower, compressors, Gas compressors, Liquid fuel tanks and handling system, etc.• Preparation of technical specification, offer evaluation and post order activities for BOP equipments.• Review of documents like P&ID’s, Plant SLD, Equipment Layouts, Piping G.A., bill of materials, isometrics, inspection reports, vendor documents and stress analysis reports with Caesar II • Co-ordination with the engineering team in Switzerland, customers, consultants and other internal departments like Supply chain, project management, commissioning and customer service.• Conducting meetings with customers/consultants, handing over project documents to customer service team. • Supported Supply Chain department as Supply Technical Engineer for short term. Had handled the additional responsibility of “Application Engineer PRU” for Project Retrofit Units, which includes the technical offer preparation and the price calculation for existing units

• Mechanical Engineering of Captive Power plant on various packages like Boilers, Steam Turbine system, Condenser system, Cooling water & Tower system, Ash Handling system, compressed air system, Liquid fuel tanks and handling system, Fire fighting system, piping etc.• Preparation of Design Basis Report (DBR), technical specification, uploading the purchase requisition through ERP, offer evaluation and post order activities for above equipments.• Preparation of P&ID with SPPID, Equipment and Piping G.A and layouts with SP3D. Pulling out BOM for Valves, pipes and other pining material. Inputs for civil building design.• Stress analysis of High pressure and Medium Pressure steam piping with CEASER II.• Co-ordination with customers, consultants and other internal departments like purchase, project management, Inspection and Quality, commissioning.• Participated in commissioning activities of 25 MW Captive Power Plant with CFBC boiler at Kanoria Chemicals & Industries, Renukut, U.P.
