 Monitoring of stability chambers for daily temperature and humidity. Stability samples charging and withdrawal as per the schedule. Generation of TRF as per the schedule. Stability samples withdrawal and issue for analysis purposes. Preparation of analytical work record. Preparation of stability protocols, summary, and reports.

 Preparation and review of Change Control, Incidence, Notification. To make sure all the documents such as Specifications, Procedures, SOP etc are logged and segregated per area/ discipline and distributed correctly, safe keeping, Proper filing and updating it properly. Preparation and review of all specifications.  Preparation and review of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP’s). To ensure online maintenance of Documents. Document control (Issuance, retrieval, storage and destruction of documents). To check SOP compliance on the shop floor. To co-ordinate with formulation and document control cell of the research centre. Responsible for editing initial drafts of documents making proper changes in grammar punctuation and sentence structure. Knowledge of QMS (Quality Management System)
