• Supervision of Diamond, RC, and AC drill rigs, ensuring adherence to optimal sampling practices.• Geological logging of AC, RC and Diamond (DD) drilling.• Geological & Geotechnical logging of diamond drill core, marking up, and collecting structural readings from diamond drill core.• Developing high-quality Geological Interpretations, managing Data Entry/Analysis, ensuring QA/QC, and compiling data. • Coordinating with Earthworks contractors, company staff, and consultants. Managing Earthworks activities and overseeing Pegging and Rehabilitation of Drill Pads.• Facilitating Prestart meetings, Site Management, conducting Inductions, and taking charge of Incident Reports and monthly Rig Inspections.• Sending daily written communications, such as emails, memos, and reports back to the Perth office.

• Assessing and providing technical expertise for geological issues related to the construction of hydropower projects, specifically dams and tunnels.• Conducting geological mapping and performing exploratory drilling for the mega 2,640-Megawatt Kuri-Gongri Hydroelectric Project.• Overseeing Construction Material Surveys and ensuring the quality control and quality assurance processes are maintained during the construction of hydropower projects.• Carrying out geological reconnaissance studies and delivering reports on potential sites suitable for hydropower development.• Analyzing Detailed Project Reports, with a particular focus on Geological Studies, Geotechnical Studies, Seismic & Earthquake Studies, to ensure comprehensive project understanding.
