Aviation Trainer
CurrentAs an Aviation Trainer, I manage 180 people and provide high level training to new and existing employees with the essential skills and tools to be able to carry out their job role effectively. My role consists of some of the following duties. -Checking colleagues rosters and booking them out for their required training-Communicating colleague training days via email and updating it on their rosters-Considerable diary management to ensure correct training is carried out -Extensive day-to-day admin to ensure smooth running of the department-Providing an important link and acting as the first point of contact to new starters in regards to assistance with uniform, annual leave etc-Planning, coordinating and monitoring current training programmes to ensure compliance with current security procedures and regulations-Delegating day to day training tasks to colleagues -High attention to detail is used at all times to adapt the learning modules and courses to suit all learning styles-One to one coaching for those requiring additional support-Sending detailed handover emails to colleagues regarding ongoing training courses. Whilst also, informing the relevant departments / managers of training that has been covered -Creating and updating PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets with data and results-Working in a large/ fast-paced environment I gained exceptional organisation, multi-tasking and time management skills
