About Sondra Thomas

My combination of 30+ years dealing with Employee Relations for multiple sites, additional duties in Classroom Instructor, Cyber/Physical Security and Security Management and my technical expertise, Strategic and Organizational skills, recruitment, experience managing a diverse group of people and education with a Master’s Degree makes me the right person to help your organization. In the past, I have worked in many organizations where the employee’s worked in shifts and multiple locations and had to travel to different locations to deal with HR issues. In my last position, I dealt with employees from Puerto Rico, H2Bs and J1s, and multiple locations in numerous states to include working as a Union Coordinator. While in the Military, experienced in working effectively in a diverse community and meeting the needs of employees.With my 22 years in the United States Army and deployments, I have developed leadership and Managerial skills that were learned from an excellent organization and that can not be learned in a school environment. My dedication and loyalty would be an asset to any company. I am looking for a more structure organization with room for advancement. I am authorized to work in the U.S. and am not bilingual but have worked with Hispanics and am able to communicate. I am willing to travel up to 75% to different locations for job.
