Conference Program ManagerManage the systems and staff in the collection of all conference program content. Work with IT to prepare the online epapers content management software. Work with the Executive Committee Technical Program Chair to create a committee of members to review technical papers. Oversee the process of the review committee to make sure all deadlines are met. Collect all accepted reviewed final papers in preparation for publication. Direct the publication of papers with event sponsors and in media for the conference. Oversee the collection of all other conference content. Prepare and submit all conference content for electronic and print publication. • Assumed primary administrative, accounting, publication, marketing and production responsibility for multiple international conferences in order to guarantee successful presentation, communication and education• Directed a professional team in graphics design, print, electronic media and web design management in order to enhance the smooth collection, tracking and proofing of all information for conference programs and websites. • Lead and supervised coordination of the efficient collection, processing, tracking and proofing of paper submissions for five international conferences in order to reinforce smooth operation of selection process • Developed and coordinated with IT team in updating proprietary software in order to streamline and increase ease of use for clients and customers and boost administrative staff effectiveness. • Negotiated and communicated, execute and manage conference specifications to multiple vendors in accordance to cost and timeline requirements. Including the preparation and management of six and seven figure budgets and forecasts• Supervised event staff and subcontractors, and provided troubleshooting as necessary, to ensure office and staff productivity to warrant excellent customer service
