Move existing dashboards and reports to BI platform and work closely with all departments to help them to learn BI platform and create their own reports.Providing key insights for strategies , deep dive analyses , improving analytics and reports to sales and marketing departments.Develop and maintain dashboards/reports using Tableau and support analytics team with ad-hoc analyses.Conduct deep-dive, ad-hoc and routine analyses to clarify business requirements.Partner with technical and non-technical colleagues to understand data and reporting requirements.
