My objectives and responsibilities at demand & supply planning and order management department:- Implementation of the new demand forecasting and order management system- Implementation and selecting new BI tool for supply chain management- Lead system and process development team by working cross-functional with partners to develop demand forecasting systems- Designing and execution of S&OP for new systems.- Provide training to store category managers and planners for new systems.- Lead machine learning project with the global team to improve stock levels, availability, and forecasting accuracy- Support category teams on planogram and assortment according to stock and availability goals.- Manage and develop KPIs of the department.

- Consultancy for establishing sales and marketing systems in Samsun Logistics Center (SLC) co-financed by the EU and the Republic of Turkey- Provide training on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Logistics Applications to stakeholders and the SLC management team

- Implementation of automatic storage and sorting OSR shuttle systems developed by Knapp- Data analysis for feasibility of the automation systems in warehouses- Lead the IT related projects for logistics process developments

- Process improvement for warehouse fulfillment processes- Identifying needs and selecting appropriate Transportation Management System (TMS) software- Assisting to e-commerce warehouse relocation.
