Currently I employe as Head of PMO and Governance in Turkcell Global Bilgi.Turkcell Global Bilgi is the biggest contact center in Turkey and one of the biggest call centers in the EMEA region. I have totally 18 years of experience in Information Technology. Last 14 years of my experience was in Contact Center. I mostly focused on Researching, Designing and Developing Contact Center, Customer Care, Sales and Workflow solutions. I have also technically lead many big system integration, system upgrade, R&D, replacement and Service Improvement projects. First 4 years of my experience was in Forex, and reservation systems.I employed Development Teams Manager, Solution Architect, Product Manager, Scrum Master, Software Engineer at past. I have technical knowledge of Analysis, Product Management, Solution Architecture & Enterprise Architecture, Test, Support, Demand Management, User Experience, Problem Management, Account Management, Vendor Selection and Management and Planning.
