In my current tenure as Head-Operations at Raah Foundation, I have been instrumental in implementing projects enabling positive impact to over 35,000 tribal women, men & children from Maharashtra in diverse areas including water, agriculture, nutrition, women empowerment, climate mitigation & tribal art. Over the last two years, our organization scaled up by 4x in donor funds and employees. We have successfully managed complex, multiple concurrent projects with donor funds.

EcoAxis owned a machine‐to‐machine (M2M) communication technology platform for control & remote monitoring of industrial plants & equipment. Including a unique register control application for the graphic control industry.I led the recruitment process from empaneling talent search agencies to recruitment of personnel, training including Induction, performance review & appraisal. I developed the organizational building policies & processes including employee engagement, employee grievance, stakeholder management.

Ceramet is a leading maker of mixes, premixes for the ceramic & poultry industry. The company also operates an agency practice for the ceramic industry.My role entailed successful implementation of Tally 7.2 across the organization as well as the vendors.I set up systems & processes for cash management, investments, bank compliance and MIS.

I was part of the core team responsible for ideating, developing & implementing one of the first Fixed Deposit Information Systems in the industry that included coding various modules, testing & implementing them. I then transitioned to manage the end to end user management involving need assessment, analysis, estimation and implementation. I was also part of the core team that ensured successful Y2K transition & compliance.
