Responsibilities included the development, management and execution of marketing programs and promotions for Acer's network of channel partners. MARKET DEVELOPMENT FUNDS (MDF)► Responsible for annual MDF budgets in excess of $7M with consistent track record of maintaining a target channel goal. ► Management of alliance partner funded programs with campaigns designed to meet business goals and partner requirements.PARTNER PROGRAM MANAGEMENT ► 1st and only dedicated partner program manager; developed Acer’s partner programs from inception to market.► Launched a series of programs to help select partners with pricing and incentives which help facilitate profitable sales of growing categories of products.► ► ► Launched Acer Rewards, a customer loyalty program offering incentives via reloadable prepaid debit cards based upon the sales of selected Acer products with the program yielding 93% growth in participant registration through Acer Rewards.► ► ► Implemented a sales contest to increase program awareness targeting both VAR sales managers and reps. Elements included a landing page, call campaign, email marketing, banner ads, and channel publication digital displays all resulting in 23% YoY revenue growth.CHANNEL PARTNER MANAGEMENT (TO, THROUGH AND WITH PARTNER)► Execution and knowledge of various types of sales incentives and contests including baseline growth, piece of pie, per unit, lottery, and sales engagement activities such as floor days, L&Ls, and gamification.► Content creation for all partner activities including social media engagement, podcasts, webinars, re-targeting ads, microsites, email drip and demand gen campaigns.► Participation in executive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Acer’s Channel Partner Summit (annual meeting of top distribution, DMR and reseller partners).CHANNEL ECOSYSTEM► Working use of channel software technologies such as TCMA, CIM, CLR, CDM
