Hello to the amazing LinkedIn Community 🖐❤️ I’m Sonika, Product Director & Co-Founder at Zonka Feedback — Employee & Customer Experience Management Platform. Rajiv (Founder at Zonka) and I built Zonka about 6 years ago and during this journey we’ve had the honor of working with some amazing brands globally! 🤩We built Zonka with one focus — to help businesses transform customer, employee and patient experiences. We do this by providing a platform where businesses can capture feedback at every touchpoint, wherever the audience might be —while measuring all the right CX Metrics (NPS, CES, CSAT), getting real-time reports and enabling action on feedback to reduce churn and grow the business. About me — I majored in Psychology at Lady Shri Ram College in Delhi and alongside learned Graphic Designing and Animation. I started with working with Rajiv at www.classicinformatics.com and dabbled between a lot of things and learned it and loved it a lot — content writing, digital marketing, project management. We together built and bootstrapped Zonka Feedback and that has been my focus and love for the last few years. I’m passionate about Customer Experience and have grown to consult and assist companies in formulating their Feedback Management Strategies. The goal is to empower companies to measure experiences and use insights like never before. 🚀 As an entrepreneur, I have, over the years, gained a lot of hands on experience about starting up, bootstrapping, managing teams and how to grow. And it’s been a crazy fun ride.
