Responsible for high-quality test delivery, customer service, quality management, staffing, facility management, and budgetary management of company owned Test Centers in the assigned region. Managing the largest team.Implementation and ownership of the operational policies/procedures of the examination process within designated region. Identify potential areas where policies and procedures require change or where new ones need to be developed by travelling throughout the assigned territory to monitor/maintain high quality testing center environment. Setting up new test centers by sourcing right premises & coordinate with build out vendors for fit outs. Hire, train, and certify staff to maintain quality and consistency & provide capacity to ensure center size and hours of operation meet testing demands.

Responsible for managing and assessing business risks in relation to all HR activity and communicating as appropriate.Guiding and supporting the Management Team in all HR matters and HR implications of business decisionsResponsible for Operational excellence and continuous improvement by reviewing and implementation of all company policies and procedures.
