I currently have my DE certification and VA LAPP/SAR certification, which is active. 12+ years of manual mortgage underwriting experience and evaluating the AUS, DU&/or LP findings. Compared and evaluated Credit, Titles, Appraisals, Purchase Agreements, Income documents and assets. Ensure all loans are within agency guidelines and lender guidelines. Mentored Underwriters and Junior Underwriters.
