Management Analyst/Operations Manager for DCMT and the 68W Health Care Specialist Course in support of 232d Medical Battalion, 32d Medical Brigade, AMEDDC&S. Responsible for the analysis, preparation, coordination and maintenance of a variety of mission essential emergency, contingency, and operational plans, policies, orders and directives. Provided management consulting services for production and support divisions and prepares new or substantially modified procedures required by changes in policy, i.e., regulatory directives, etc., that may impact any aspect of the training programs or processes currently in place. Prepared directorate positions on issues internal to the organization that concern or impact the directorate mission and/or workforce. Planed, developed, and conducted program analyses. Developed, maintained and monitored integrated reporting system(s). Forecasts and estimates program requirements and prepares report, justifications, charts, graphs, statistical and narrative data, briefings, fact sheets and training plans. Conducted program surveys, audits, projects, and provides advisory services to operating or management officials regarding complex programs. Reviewed and interprets new and established directives, instructions, regulations, etc and presents findings in briefings or reports and integrates other special staff office involvement in the execution of new initiatives.. Prepared internal instructions, operating policies, procedures, and guidelines Develops special studies and situations to test capabilities as required. Developed both long and short-rage plans for the conduct of operations support efforts at DCMT. Assisted in the development and implementation of the DCMT goals and objectives regarding joint training efforts. Prepared and conducted operational briefings for the Director, Supervisor, and command group and senior staff of the AMEDDC&S.
